apaleo On-Boarding Sheet


I - First-Time connection

From the apaleo Store head to the Reportivity page and click the button "Connect to apaleo".
Once you click the "Connect to apaleo" button the following events will take place:
  • Authorization screen will popup asking you to grant the required authorization. You need to click Authorize.
  • You will be directed to our apaleo welcome page.
  • A new user profile will be created.
  • An email with the credentials will be sent to the Admin of the apaleo account.
  • The Synchronization will start and you will see status notifications at the footer level.
  • Once the Sync is over (might take around 30 min) your reports will be ready.
  • Press the "Access your Reports" button the application will log you in automatically and redirect you to the reports page.
  • Your 7 day trial period starts.
  • An automatic update of the data will occur twice daily.

II - Returning client connection

To connect to Reportivity after having finished the installation you can do the following:
  • From the apaleo Store head to Reportivity page and click the button "Connect to apaleo".
  • You will be directed to our apaleo welcome page.
  • Press the "Access your Reports" button.
  • If you are already signed-in to Reportivity you will be redirected to the reports page automatically.
  • If you are not signed-in to Reportivity the application will log you in automatically and redirect you to the reports page.
  • Once the "Access your Reports" button is pressed an automatic process will be initiated to Sync the data with apaleo.

III - General information

  • 7 day trial period for using the BI Reporting.
  • Your username is the Admin username of the apaleo account. Your password is the one generated automatically and sent to you by email.
  • You can change the password inside the Reportivity app by pressing on the CHANGE PASSWORD .
  • Check your Spam folder to make sure this email is not stuck there.
  • The sync with the PMS is scheduled to take place automatically twice during the day.
  • To stop using Reportivity and remove completely your environment and the data you need to send us an email at info@reportivity.com and we will revoke the authorization and delete your database with Reportivity.
